A Comparative Analysis of Transcriptional Regulation Mechanisms in Eukaryotic Gene Expression
Keywords:
Transcriptional Regulation, Eukaryotic Gene Expression, Epigenetic Modifications, Transcription Factors, Gene Regulatory NetworksAbstract
This study investigates the molecular intricacies underlying transcriptional regulation in eukaryotic cells, focusing on two primary mechanisms: epigenetic modifications and transcription factor dynamics. Utilizing high-throughput sequencing technologies and computational modeling, our research delineates how these mechanisms interact to modulate gene expression, offering insights into their roles in development and disease. Our findings suggest that integrative approaches combining both mechanisms provide a more comprehensive understanding of gene regulatory networks. This work has significant implications for therapeutic strategies targeting gene expression in complex diseases.
