Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Articles
Advanced Computing Research publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed research that advances theoretical and applied aspects of computer science, information systems, and computational technologies. The journal welcomes empirical studies, algorithmic developments, comprehensive reviews, and technical reports that contribute to the progress of computing and digital innovation.
Empirical Articles – Original studies following the IMRAD structure, including algorithmic evaluations, performance analyses, experimental simulations, and benchmarking studies. Submissions should provide new insights into computational efficiency, optimization methods, data-driven architectures, or artificial intelligence applications.
Theoretical Articles – Papers that explore new computational theories, mathematical models, or algorithmic frameworks. These contributions should introduce novel paradigms or analytical methods that deepen understanding of complex computing processes, data structures, or system interactions.
Review Articles – Systematic or narrative reviews synthesizing current advancements in computer science, AI, and data engineering. Reviews should identify research gaps, summarize state-of-the-art developments, and discuss implications for future computing systems or technological policy.
Technical Reports – Detailed analyses of system architectures, hardware implementations, or software frameworks. Reports should describe methodology, system design, experiments, results, and the potential impact of innovations on computing practice.
