Recent investigations into metabolic disorders have illuminated the intricate relationship between endocrine disruptors (EDs) and hormonal regulation, presenting a paradigm shift in our understanding of these conditions. This study employs a robust quantitative framework, analyzing data from over 5,000 clinical cases, to ascertain the statistical significance of ED exposure. Utilizing advanced analytical techniques—including multivariate regression and structural equation modeling—our findings reveal a striking correlation between ED exposure and increased prevalence of obesity and Type 2 diabetes, with p-values < 0.01. This research not only underscores the urgency for policy reform regarding ED regulations but also provides a critical empirical foundation for future interventions aimed at mitigating these health risks.
