Through a comprehensive review of clinical trials, the study evaluates MBSR's impact on pain perception, psychological well-being, and quality of life. The results indicate significant improvements in patients' pain management strategies and suggest that MBSR could be a valuable component of multidisciplinary pain treatment plans.
