Abstract

Post-surgical infections remain a significant concern within the medical community, leading to extended hospital stays and increased healthcare costs. This study explores novel strategies to reduce infection rates following surgery, with a focus on antimicrobial sutures and advanced wound care techniques. Utilizing a randomized controlled trial format, this research assesses the effectiveness of these innovations in comparison to traditional methods. Preliminary results show promise in reducing infection rates, potentially revolutionizing post-operative care and improving patient outcomes. Further studies will help to establish best practices and implement these techniques widely. A comprehensive analysis of the results will be discussed, considering implications for future surgical practices.
