Abstract

Chronic heart failure (CHF) represents a significant global health challenge, necessitating innovative management strategies. This empirical study investigates the efficacy of integrated telemonitoring systems in enhancing patient outcomes. Using a sample of 300 patients from diverse demographic backgrounds, we employed a randomized controlled trial design to evaluate the impact of telemonitoring on hospitalization rates and quality of life metrics. We analyzed data using R (version 4.1.0) and MATLAB (version R2021a) for statistical significance, employing multivariate regression models. Results indicate a 25% reduction in hospital admissions and a 30% improvement in quality of life scores among monitored patients compared to conventional care. The findings indicate that telemonitoring serves as an effective tool in CHF management, holding implications for broader healthcare practices. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on leveraging technology in medical management, providing a framework for future research in telehealth innovations.
