Optimizing Blockchain-Enabled Trade Finance Solutions: Mitigating Risks in Supply Chain Financing

This study investigates the persistent challenges in trade finance, specifically focusing on risk mitigation through blockchain technology. With a growing demand for transparency and efficiency in global supply chains, traditional financing models often fail to address risks such as fraud and delays. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we collected quantitative data from 150 trade finance institutions and conducted qualitative interviews with industry experts. Our findings reveal that blockchain can reduce fraud risk by up to 35% and enhance transaction speed by 50%. This research highlights the critical intersection of technology and finance to address contemporary challenges in global trade.
