The unprecedented disruptions to global supply chains caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have elucidated vulnerabilities within economic systems worldwide. This paper employs a robust empirical framework utilizing structural equation modeling to analyze the impact of logistical inefficiencies on economic performance metrics across various sectors. Through the collection of primary data from over 500 industry stakeholders, we identify critical paths of economic loss, revealing that inefficiencies account for an average of 17% reduction in output across affected sectors. The findings suggest that real-time data analytics and enhanced collaboration frameworks are paramount for mitigating future risks. The study contributes to the discourse on supply chain resilience by proposing actionable strategies for policymakers and industry leaders aiming to fortify economic resilience against similar disruptions.
