Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of how trade tariffs affect emerging markets. It explores the direct and indirect economic impacts of tariffs imposed by developed countries on emerging economies. Through quantitative analysis, the study highlights the repercussions of these trade barriers on local economies, employment rates, and consumer prices. Additionally, it discusses the strategic responses by emerging markets to mitigate these negative impacts. The article also examines historical case studies to offer insights into the potential long-term economic consequences of protectionist policies on global economic stability.
