Microfinance and Economic Empowerment in Sub-Saharan Africa

This study investigates the role of microfinance in promoting economic empowerment in Sub-Saharan Africa. By analyzing case studies and conducting field research, the authors evaluate how microcredit services have impacted poverty alleviation and entrepreneurial activities in rural communities. The paper focuses on women-led ventures and the socio-economic barriers they face. The research also highlights the importance of policy frameworks in supporting sustainable microfinance institutions. Findings suggest that strategic partnerships and technology adoption are crucial for scaling microfinance benefits.
