Education Policy Reforms for Inclusive Learning Environments

This study investigates education policy reforms aimed at creating inclusive learning environments for students with diverse needs. Focusing on policies from Finland, Canada, and Japan, the article evaluates strategies for implementing inclusive education practices. It examines the impacts of these reforms on student achievement, teacher training, and resource allocation. Through comparative policy analysis and case study research, the paper identifies successful models and persistent challenges in fostering inclusivity in schools. Recommendations are provided to enhance policy frameworks and support inclusive education systems that cater to all learners, ensuring equitable access to quality education.
