This paper evaluates the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in treating Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD). A cohort of 100 individuals diagnosed with IAD participated in a 12-week CBT program. The study assessed changes in addictive behaviors and psychological well-being pre and post-intervention. Results showed a significant reduction in addiction symptoms, supporting CBT as an effective treatment for IAD and highlighting the rising need for addressing digital addictions.
