Abstract

This article evaluates different treatment modalities for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) across various cultural settings. Using a meta-analysis approach, data from 15 countries were analyzed to assess the effectiveness of treatments like Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and traditional healing methods. Findings reveal that cultural nuances significantly affect treatment outcomes, emphasizing the need for culturally sensitive approaches in clinical psychology.
