Abstract

This study explores the impact of group therapy on adults suffering from depression. By implementing a structured 12-week group therapy program, the research evaluates changes in depressive symptoms and overall mental well-being. The findings suggest significant improvements in social interaction skills and emotional support networks, highlighting group therapy as a valuable component of depression treatment. The study also considers the implications for integrating group therapy into standard clinical practices.
