Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of art therapy as a complementary treatment for anxiety disorders. By integrating creative expression with traditional therapeutic practices, art therapy offers a unique approach to managing anxiety. The research examines the impact of art therapy on reducing anxiety symptoms and enhancing emotional well-being. Results indicate that art therapy significantly contributes to symptom reduction and provides a valuable outlet for emotional expression. These findings support the inclusion of art therapy in clinical settings as a holistic treatment option for anxiety disorders.
