This article examines the role of art therapy in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Art therapy provides a non-verbal outlet for expression, which can be particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with trauma. The study reviews various case studies and clinical trials, demonstrating art therapy's efficacy in reducing PTSD symptoms. The findings suggest that incorporating art therapy into treatment plans can enhance emotional expression and healing, offering a complementary approach to conventional therapies.
