Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of mindfulness practices on emotional regulation among adults. Mindfulness, characterized by focused attention and awareness, has been shown to improve emotional regulation capabilities, reducing stress and enhancing well-being. The research includes a meta-analysis of various studies, demonstrating that mindfulness can be a powerful tool in clinical psychology for managing emotions. The results advocate for the inclusion of mindfulness techniques in therapeutic settings to promote mental health and emotional resilience.
