Abstract

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) has emerged as a leading treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). This study explores its efficacy in reducing symptoms and improving emotional stability in BPD patients. By analyzing clinical trials and patient outcomes, the research highlights DBT's success in addressing the unique challenges of BPD. The findings suggest that DBT should be considered a primary therapeutic approach for BPD, offering insights into its mechanisms and potential for broader application in clinical psychology.
