Abstract

This article examines the significance of emotional intelligence (EI) in clinical psychology practice. It provides evidence on how EI can enhance therapeutic outcomes by fostering better communication and empathy between therapists and clients. The paper also explores methods to assess and improve EI among clinical psychologists.
