Abstract

Investigating the role of digital education in bridging the urban-rural divide, this paper analyzes the implementation of online learning platforms in rural American and European contexts. We assess the accessibility, quality, and socio-economic impacts of digital education, providing strategies for enhancing educational equity across diverse regions.
