This study explores the influence of digital surveillance technologies on privacy norms in urban environments. Using Berlin as a case study, we analyze how city residents adapt to increasing surveillance and its effects on social behaviors. Our findings suggest a shift in urban privacy norms, emphasizing the need for policy interventions to protect individual rights in the digital age.
