Abstract

This study analyzes the legal dimensions of transnational environmental agreements, focusing on their formulation, implementation, and enforcement. As environmental challenges transcend national boundaries, these agreements are crucial for coordinating international efforts to address issues such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution. The paper reviews significant agreements, assesses their effectiveness, and considers the role of international law in facilitating cooperation among countries. The findings provide insights into the complexities of drafting and enforcing transnational environmental policies.
