This study investigates the critical role of adaptive leadership in enhancing organizational resilience during crises, particularly in the volatile economic landscape of 2024-2026. Employing a mixed-methods approach, we collected qualitative data through case studies of firms in the technology sector and quantitative metrics from surveys distributed to 300 industry leaders. Our findings reveal that organizations led by adaptive leaders exhibit significantly higher resilience indicators, including a 30% reduction in operational downtime and a 25% improvement in employee morale during crises. These results underscore the necessity of fostering adaptive leadership competencies to navigate challenges effectively, ultimately contributing to sustainable organizational success.
