Abstract

In the rapidly evolving landscape of management science, conventional paradigms surrounding strategic decision-making are increasingly being challenged. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data from a survey of 500 executives with qualitative insights from in-depth interviews, to uncover the limitations of extant frameworks. Our findings reveal that traditional models often fail to account for the complexities of digital transformation and market volatility. By applying advanced statistical techniques, including regression analysis and thematic coding, this research identifies critical factors that have been overlooked in previous literature. The quantitative results indicate a significant correlation (p < 0.01) between agile methodologies and strategic success in turbulent environments, suggesting a paradigm shift towards more adaptive decision-making frameworks. These insights have critical implications for practitioners and scholars in the field of management science.
