The Impact of Agile Methodologies on Project Success Rates: An Empirical Study of IT Firms in Germany

In today’s dynamic business environment, the adoption of agile methodologies has become a significant trend in project management. This study investigates the relationship between the implementation of agile practices and project success rates among IT firms in Germany. Using a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews, we analyze data from over 200 project managers across diverse technological sectors. Our findings reveal that firms employing agile frameworks report higher success rates, characterized by improved adaptability, stakeholder satisfaction, and reduced time-to-market. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of how agility can enhance project outcomes, providing practical implications for management practitioners.
