Abstract

This article investigates the effectiveness of three leading strategic management frameworks—Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), and ISO 9001—in driving organizational performance. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we conducted a comparative analysis of case studies across varying industries, assessing performance metrics pre-and post-implementation of these frameworks. Our findings reveal nuanced insights into how these frameworks facilitate continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency, though their effectiveness can be contingent on organizational context and culture. The results offer profound implications for practitioners aiming to adopt a suitable strategic model that aligns with their specific performance enhancement goals in the evolving management landscape.
