Abstract

The recent global pandemics have underscored the critical need for strategic decision-making in crisis management, particularly in the healthcare sector. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating qualitative interviews with quantitative analysis of crisis response metrics from various healthcare organizations. Our findings reveal that organizations with integrated strategic frameworks significantly outperformed their counterparts in crisis adaptation, showing a 42% increase in response efficiency and a 30% reduction in operational delays. This paper provides empirical evidence on the importance of strategic alignment and resource optimization during crises, serving as a crucial reference for stakeholders aiming to enhance resilience in the face of unforeseen disruptions.
