This study investigates the paradigm shift from traditional teacher-centric models to learner-centric approaches in education, emphasizing their relevance in the framework of 2024-2026 educational policies. Utilizing a mixed-methods design, we analyzed quantitative data from 500 educational institutions and conducted qualitative interviews with 50 educators. Our findings reveal significant improvements in student engagement (p < 0.01) and academic performance, with a 30% increase in student retention rates. However, we also identified persistent challenges, such as inadequate teacher training and resource allocation. This research highlights the necessity for a systemic reevaluation of current educational strategies to enhance learner outcomes effectively.
