Abstract

This research investigates the use of gamification in adult education, particularly within corporate training environments. By examining case studies across different industries, the study highlights how gamified elements, such as point systems and leaderboards, can improve employee engagement and knowledge retention. The paper discusses the psychological principles behind game mechanics and their application in training, noting both successes and challenges. The authors conclude with recommendations for effectively integrating gamification into corporate educational programs.
