Abstract

This paper investigates the intersection of game theory and public policy, aimed at optimizing the decision-making processes within governance frameworks. Through a mixed-methods approach, we employed quantitative simulations alongside qualitative case studies to analyze the effectiveness of various game-theoretical models in public sector decision-making. Our findings reveal that employing cooperative game strategies significantly reduces inefficiencies, indicated by a 25% increase in stakeholder satisfaction and a 30% reduction in decision-making time compared to traditional models. These novel insights provide a foundational understanding of how advanced methodologies can enhance public policy outcomes in response to increasingly complex governance challenges.
