Abstract

In an increasingly volatile business environment, the ability of organizations to adapt and thrive has become paramount. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative surveys with qualitative case studies, to assess the effectiveness of existing strategic adaptation frameworks amidst digital transformation. Data were collected from 250 senior executives across diverse industries, revealing significant discrepancies in perceived resilience capabilities and actual performance outcomes. Our findings indicate that conventional models inadequately address the complexities of digital disruption, resulting in misalignment between strategic intent and operational execution. We propose an evolved framework emphasizing agility, innovation, and stakeholder engagement, leading to enhanced organizational resilience. This research contributes to management theory by bridging the gap between established adaptation paradigms and contemporary digital realities, offering actionable insights for practitioners.
