This study investigates the efficacy of dynamic pricing models in responding to consumer demand fluctuations within the e-commerce sector. Leveraging a mixed-methods approach, we employed quantitative analysis using a dataset of over 10 million transactions from various online retailers, alongside qualitative interviews with industry experts. Our findings reveal that optimized dynamic pricing strategies can lead to a 15% increase in revenue during demand shocks, while also enhancing consumer satisfaction rates by 20%. This paper elucidates the mechanisms through which pricing adaptivity affects market stability and provides actionable insights for managers seeking to implement these strategies effectively.
